Allison Hale
Founder of Ladies Night Out Worcester

Allison Hale has been a resident of Worcester, Mass for over 18 years.  She has many cherished female friends who also happen to be small business owners.  Several of her friends mentioned how difficult it is to get their business, goods, services and products in front of local consumers on limited marketing budgets.  Allison started to think about how she could utilize her skills to help her friends, and the concept for Ladies Night Out Worcester was born!  The event started at The Sprinkler Factory in Worcester on a shoestring budget and a whole bunch of hope that the concept would work.  Seventy-five sold out vendor spots and 300 attendee tickets later, Allison knew that there was a place for this event in Worcester!  Each event has grown bigger and better every year!  It is now the largest marketing event for women in Central Massachusetts.  During the week, Allison can be found managing Fechner MD Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester.  She enjoys spending her free time in the Green Mountains of Vermont with her husband, Bob and son, Dylan.
