What is Ladies Night Out Worcester?

Ladies Night Out Worcester was created to help promote and bring awareness to small, local, woman owned businesses throughout Central Massachusetts. This is not your typical craft fair or vendor event. Ladies Night Out Worcester is a fun, interactive night out FOR women, BY Women.

What Can You Expect as a Ladies Night Out Worcester Participating Business?

Our events have been generating a “buzz” around woman owned businesses in the area for 5 years! When you participate as a sponsor business, you can expect:

A premium indoor venue located in or around the greater Worcester area;
A ticketed event with average attendance exceeding 300 women;
Entertainment such as music, standup comedy, performance artists and MORE!
Food for purchase and a cash bar;
Our Signature Tote Bags for our guests and the opportunity for vendors to have an item of their choice pre-loaded into the tote bags.
A 6’ table and chairs provided.
Promotion of your business on our social media channels.
Limited competition with other businesses. We try to limit participants to one vendor per category with the exception of things such as jewelry, personal care, home decor and food.

6’ Table Space (provided by you) At Event in premium location in ballroom (near stage or bar)
Set up 1 hour earlier than the other vendors.

Performance Sponsor! – 6 Spots – $100

This DOES NOT include space to sell or promote from a table at the event. Great for Service businesses!

You introduce yourself and your sponsored performance on stage at the event!

How Do I Become a Participating Business at Ladies Night Out Worcester?

The first step is to complete our application.

When completing your application, please make sure to complete all fields. Kindly review the sponsorship levels and pricing prior in advance of completing the application and indicate which sponsorship level to which you are applying. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email indicating if your application was approved or denied. If your application was approved, your email will include an invoice for your sponsorship. Payment of the invoice is expected within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, your spot will not be reserved.
