About the Founder of Ladies Night Out Worcester
Ladies Night Out Worcester began with a simple belief: when women support women, local businesses thrive and our whole community wins.
Why Ladies Night Out Worcester Was Created
Our founder saw talented women across Central Massachusetts building incredible businesses, often from kitchen tables, home studios and small storefronts, and noticed how hard it could be for them to get in front of new customers. Traditional craft fairs and vendor events did not always offer the energy, audience or sense of community these entrepreneurs deserved.
So she created something different. Ladies Night Out Worcester was designed to help promote and bring awareness to small, local, woman-owned businesses, wrapped inside a genuinely fun night out. It is an event made FOR women, BY women, where shopping local feels like a celebration.
The Ladies Night Out Worcester Mission
Our mission is to give woman-owned businesses a stage, a spotlight and a room full of women who are excited to support them. Three values guide every event:
Community over competition
By limiting most categories to one vendor, every business gets room to shine, and guests discover something new at every table.
Visibility for small business
From the tote bags to the stage, every detail is built to put local entrepreneurs in front of new customers.
A night worth looking forward to
Music, comedy, performers, food and a cash bar turn a shopping event into a true night out with friends.
Growing Ladies Night Out Worcester Together
For five years, Ladies Night Out Worcester has been generating a buzz around woman-owned businesses in the area, with events that regularly welcome more than 300 women. That growth belongs to everyone who has bought a ticket, staffed a table, performed on stage or shared a post.
If you own a business, we would love to see your application. If you are looking for a fun night out, follow along for our next date. And if you simply believe in supporting local women, thank you for being part of the story.
